Emergency Feeding Services

Hopelink is proud to offer the Emergency Feeding Services (EFS) program. EFS works with community organizations to help families and individuals in crisis to meet their short-term nutritional needs.

EFS provides enough non-perishable foods to feed a household for two days.  In addition to nutritionally conscience foods, also included are ideas for nutritious meals, Hopelink food bank information and other community resources.  Households needing longer term assistance are invited to register with Hopelink to attend twice-monthly food banks.

Emergency Feeding Services works only when food and information are available to those that need it.  Please support Hopelink in the ongoing fight against hunger.  By becoming a Hopelink partner site your organization will play a crucial role in helping people gain access to the resources they need to make lasting change.  Emergency Feeding Services partner sites can simply make available to those seeking assistance an emergency bag of food in addition to those services they already provide.

If your organization would like to partner with Hopelink by becoming a distribution site, hosting a food drive, pledging financial support or would like more information about helping out, please contact Jennifer Knittle, EFS Coordinator at 425-250-3021 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

The Emergency Feeding Services program is made possible with support from the cities of Bellevue, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Sammamish, Shoreline and Woodinville.
