  • 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Non-Emergency Urgent Care 24 hours - 7 days a week

To schedule a ride you will need the following:
    - Provider One Number
    - Name of medical provider
    - Name, address and phone number of medical facility
    - Appointment date and time
    - Reason for the appointment
