We designed the Adelle Maxwell Child Development Center to be an inviting, welcoming place where children are eager to play and to learn. Adjacent to our 20 new units of Transitional Housing in Bellevue, the Center can serve up to 45 children, ages 4 weeks to 5 years, from homeless or low-income families. We nurture each child's well-being and support the stability of the entire family.

The Adelle Maxwell Child Development Center features:
  • Small class sizes and individualized learning plans.
  • Head Start collaboration.
  • Two meals and snacks planned by our staff nutritionist.
  • Convenient location next to Hopelink Place (our Transitional Housing in Bellevue).
  • Extended hours for parents' varying work schedules (6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.).
  • Family Advocates who connect parents with parent support groups, community resources, and all Hopelink services.
