How to Apply

To apply for help from Hopelink, simply call the Hopelink center in your area.  (You can find out which Hopelink center helps people near you by looking at our service area map.)  When you call your local Hopelink center, you may be asked to go to the center for an interview.  This interview will allow a Hopelink staff member to understand your needs and recommend services that can help you and your family become self-sufficient.  Please make a note of any documents that you are asked to bring to your interview.  You can learn more about the programs that Hopelink offers here.
