Hopelink’s 2014 Community Impact Report

In 2014 Hopelink served more than 60,000 clients through support and transportation programs. The agency provided more than two-million meals, distributed more than $2.5 million to keep homes warm, provided more than 1,000 home owners assistance to keep their homes, and provided educational classes to hundreds of adults seeking employment. 

These are just some of the facts now available through Hopelink’s first-ever community impact report.

The 2014 Community Impact Report focuses on programs that assisted 22,086 clients assisted through Hopelink’s support programs, and provides details of the successes in various program areas.

The report also highlights Hopelink’s Theory of Change. This visual representation shows how Hopelink provides stability to clients in crisis, and provides support and training to equip clients to exit poverty permanently.

The results from this report establish a benchmark for subsequent years. They will guide Hopelink’s expansion and improvements of services for future years, and will ensure that the agency continues to serve its community in the most effective way.
