The Lockwood Foundation granted Hopelink $15,000 in general operating funds to support agency-wide programs promoting self-sufficiency among individuals and families in our community. Hopelink’s broad array of programs a help people become stronger and more self-sufficient, thus creating lasting personal and community change.

The Medina Foundation granted Hopelink $25,000 to conduct a program evaluation of our Family Development program. This evaluation will allow Hopelink to examine current practices, data collection systems, and tracking systems in order to formulate an effective, consistent approach throughout the agency.
