Child Development

Finding safe and affordable child care is the number one barrier preventing low-income parents from finding and keeping jobs.

Hopelink’s Child Development Program is dedicated to providing high quality early learning and child development, building bright futures for children in the community.  The goal is to support the healthy development of at-risk children by providing a complete range of services for children whose families are struggling to become self-sufficient.

Hopelink operates two child development facilities: the Adelle Maxwell Child Development Center in Bellevue and Hopelink’s Child Development Center at Overlake in Redmond.  The Centers, open weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., are designed to be inviting and welcoming places where children are eager to play and learn.

Full-time care is provided for children from four weeks to five years old at both centers.  The school age program provides school-readiness programming through a before and after school care and full-time summer care for children ages five to ten years.
