As a contributor to Hopelink you help homeless and low-income families move from vulnerability and crisis to independence and stability: approximately 50,000 people are served agency-wide each year through comprehensive services and strategic partnerships with other area agencies. Changing Lives ($50,000+)
will house five homeless families and provide case management support for one year
Building Dreams ($25,000+)
will prevent five families from becoming homeless and provide family development support for one year.
Making Way ($10,000+)
will improve the literacy skills of up to 24 students through 500 hours of literacy tutoring.
Lifting Up ($5,000+)
will help six toddlers from homeless and low-income families achieve developmental milestones and build school readiness for a three-month period.
Reaching Out ($2,500+)
will provide nutritious meals for 10 kids for an entire summer.
Finding Hope ($1,000+)
will provide children's on-site health care services for a three-week period.
Helping People ($500+)
will shelter a homeless family of four and provide short-term case management for five nights.
